T2T Pak-Afghan Traders App prioritize your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our mobile application. By accessing or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. User Tracking and Data Collection:
Our app collects data, including Name, Photos or Videos, Email Address, and Phone Number, to track user activity for personalized services or analytics. We ensure that user tracking will only occur after obtaining explicit consent through the App Tracking Transparency framework. Users will be prompted to grant permission before any data is used for tracking purposes.
3. Other Information We Collect
We collect several types of information to provide and improve our services:
• Personal Information:
When you register for an account, we collect personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, business information, and other contact details.
• Usage Data:
We collect information on how you interact with the App, including your IP address, device type, operating system, and usage patterns (e.g., which features you use most often).
• Content and Media:
If you upload product images or other content to the App, those files will be stored securely on our servers.

• Provide and Improve the App:
To manage your account, facilitate trade functions (such as trade requests), and enhance the user experience.

1. Introduction
Welcome to T2T Pak-Afghan Traders App, a mobile application developed to facilitate trading among chamber member traders. By using or accessing this App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you should discontinue using the App.
2. User Eligibility
The App is designed exclusively for traders who are members of recognized chambers. By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that:
• You are a verified member of a recognized chamber of commerce.
• At least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, including trade transactions.
By registering an account, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. The App reserves the right to verify the authenticity of your membership and revoke your access in cases of misrepresentation.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the features of the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your name, email address, and business details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for any and all activities that occur under your account. The App reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of suspected misuse.
4. Use of the App
• Trading: Users can initiate, accept, or reject trade offers through the App. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and legality of your trade activities.
• Content Upload: Users may upload images and product descriptions to the App. By uploading content, you warrant that you have the necessary rights or permissions to share such content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
• Prohibited Activities: You are prohibited from using the App to upload or distribute unlawful, offensive, or harmful content. Any violation of these guidelines may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
5. No Payment Processing
Please note that this App does not facilitate payment transactions. All payments related to trades must be arranged and processed independently by the parties involved. The App holds no responsibility for any financial arrangements made outside the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with the App, including but not limited to software, text, images, trademarks, and logos, are owned by or licensed to UNDP. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for their personal or business purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of App content is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNDP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or damages due to failed trades or disputes between users.
8. User Responsibility and Indemnification
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Users and the trades you enter into through the App. By using the App, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold UNDP harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including any legal disputes involving trades.
9. Termination of Use
UNDP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time and without notice, particularly in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of KPK. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in KPK.
11. Modifications to Terms
UNDP reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
